I have been trying to utilize Zapier for years and had trouble understanding how it worked successfully. Andrew knew exactly what I needed from a simple explanation. There wasnt much back and forth. He got right to it. I can't believe I now have a great understanding of Zapier, thanks to him. bonus he even sent me a video of him narrating how to use it!
